Land South of 24 - 46 Kings Road and 6 & 9 Rose Meadow The planning inspectorate has made a decision on the application SU/14/0532 and the appeal is allowed and planning permission granted for 84 residential homes, including 34 affordable homes, with associated access at Land south of 24-46 Kings Road and 6 & 9 Rose Meadow. Land North of Beldam Bridge Road - 15/0884 - Taylor Wimpey Application 15/0884 has now been superceded by an idential application, 16/0323, but excluding the SANGS. As with all the proposed developments within the village the parish council has again objected to this application. See Objection Letter Surrey Heath Borough Council planning committee considered this application on July 21st, and after much debate and input from West End and Chobham counicllors, the committee disappointingly agreed with the officer recommendation to approve, with a majority vote of only 8 - 7. As with the application for Land South of Kings Road the parish council will now push for the best possible outcomes for the 'reserved matters'.
Malthouse Farm Development - The planning application to build 95 homes at Malthouse Farm, Benner Lane was refused by Surrey Heath Borough Council at the planning application meeting on Tuesday 13th October 2015. For details of refusal see here. The appeal inquiry was heard on Tuesday 20th September 2016.
